Once designed in Adobe Photoshop of course, we first save the image file with an extension of JPG or GIF, then the file is uploaded to picasa web albums.
How to upload to Picasa web albums.
Log in to picasa web albums with your google account Once logged in select My Account / My Account then click on Picasa Web Albums.
Click the Upload tab and then click create a new album, do this step if you have never made any of the albums, if it ever makes it through this rare albums.
Type the name of the albums in Title / Subject, Date, and a description of the album. On the Share tab just let the public option.
click Continue
click browse and search for image files that have been saved earlier and click open.
click the Start Upload
Once the images successfully uploaded, click on the image to view image in actual size. Next right click on the image that already appear in actual size and then select View Image so that in the address bar the url address visible image. Well url pictures will later on as a substitute for the header background on the blog, so copy it and save the url address while in notepad.
The next step Login to blogger with your account and then click the Layout / layout, and click edit html and look for code like the following:
